Job Description

Key Responsibilities A candidate will be responsible for delivery of work including:  Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the ServiceNow platform.  Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.  Develop and configure ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and integrations to automate business processes.  Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.  Maintain and update existing RPA solutions to adapt to changing business needs and requirements.  Provide technical support and training to end-users and other team members.  Document RPA solutions, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.  Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA and ServiceNow trends, technologies, and best practices. Candidate Profile  Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.  Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.  Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, including workflows, scripting, and integrations.  Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.  Experience with RPA tools and technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  Strong communication and collaboration skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Specific Skills  ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.  Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
