The Government and public sector transactions services is part of EYs Government Public Sector (GPS) Services which is a network of highly skilled professionals from assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, devoted to serving the government and public sector organizations and institutions.
The practice combines private sector leading practice with an understanding of the public sector s diverse needs, focused on delivering improved public services. Government and public sector transactions services, sits under EY s Transaction Advisory Services practice, a market-leading, multi-disciplinary team, working with leading businesses across a range of industries. This practice is in a unique position to deliver implementable strategies given the firm s sector depth, transaction perspectives, and operational insights.
The practice provides experience working with various sectors such as, Transport, Social Health care, Education, Urban Infrastructure, Economic Development Advisory , Water waste Sanitation, Power Utilities and Public Finance Management.
SaT - TCF - Infrastructure Advisory

Your key responsibilities
Should be a young professional with less than 3 years of experience and min 1 year of experience. Should be energetic and willing to contribute as a team player. To work closely with the Revenue Finance Department of a leading Corporation. Will be fully deployed at Clients place in Chennai. The scope includes
Project management support for ongoing projects
Assist in pre-feasibility of land parcels and suggest potential revenue monetisation strategies Support the LE department with drafting of land policy for GCC lands Assist the client in creating strategies for land monetisation efforts short term and medium term Coordination between various stakeholders under DC(RF) and timely updation for Commissioner reviews

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
Masters in Planning/MBA/Construction Management or its equivalent
Bachelors in Engg/ Planning/ Architecture
Experience
Min 1 year experience till 3 years of experience is suited for the role.
Has to have worked with Government agencies with land assets related experience. Working with the TN Government is an added experience.
