SaT - TCF - Financial Diligence Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Using our Capital Agenda framework, we work with clients to find answers to todays toughest strategic, financial, operational and commercial questions. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence
Understanding of the business, competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses,opportunities, challenges etc. of the target companyAnalysed historic and current financial informationAnalysed projections and assumptions used for the sameIdentified of deal issues, assessing their impact on the transaction (valuation etc.) andadvising on ways to address the issuesConducted analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate themUnderstanding transaction structure and basis the same advising on structuring issuesHigh team orientationGood communication both written and oral (including report writing)Strong analytical skills are a mustGood at building relationships with clientsDue diligence experience as part of M&A team in industry or Big 3 CA firms
Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must haveQualification CA and big 4 experience Experience 15 months post qualification experience
