Associate Salesforce Developer

Technical:

• Software Application Development on the Salesforce platform using Object Oriented design methodologies and Salesforce technologies Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers, Salesforce Integrations.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning Experience & Lightning Components implementation.
• Strong proven experience on designing salesforce solutions with best practices.
• Ensure Salesforce best practices have been followed.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and relevant implementation best practices.
• Application/component design experience with Salesforce com capabilities including integration scenarios.
• Hands-on in designing & configuring custom objects, custom fields, custom formula fields, validation rules, page layouts, custom reports, automation tools as per application requirements.
• Application/component design experience with Salesforcecom capabilities including integration scenarios.
• Create documentation, maintain standardization and look for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures.
• Ability to debug very complex code.
• Identify root cause for given problem statement, propose improvement in code by means of either best practices or solution redesign within Salesforce Ecosystem or outside.

Business/Functional:

• Develop expertise of Workday Go-To-Market business applications end-to-end.
• Develop subject matter expertise of Workdays Enterprise Applications including Integrations.

About You.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in configuring and developing custom Apex/Visualforce/Lightning code in the areas of Sales Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security standards.
• Apex security best practices.
• Work closely with the technical team and lead team of developers and QA.
• Work in collaboration with BSA and Business stakeholders.
• Manage, track and report progress for multiple initiatives.
• Experience in workflow and approval administration, creating validation rules, maintaining custom objects, customising fields, page layouts, list views, Bulk data uploads using the Data Loader.
• Experience with a complete software development life cycle 1-2 years experience developing with Lightning.
• Experience on an Agile Scrum project delivered under Continuous Delivery / DevOps is preferred.
• Knowledge of Sales cloud.
• Ability to debug complex code and propose solutions.

Other Qualifications

• Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications(preferred).
• Experience in workflow and approval administration, creating validation rules, maintaining custom objects, customising fields, page layouts, list views, Bulk data uploads using the Data Loader.
• Salesforce best practices, design standards, integration frameworks etc.
• Salesforcecom developer certification, Experience of Sales Cloud.
• Must be a good teammate and a quick learner.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Capable of interacting with technical and functional teams and communicating challenges and risks.
• Proven sense of accountability, taking ownership over projects and responsibilities and resolving issues proactively.
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent in experience).
