Associate Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will play a key role in providing consulting services for a variety of business applications, with a focus on Salesforce. Your responsibilities will include: - Customizing and personalizing Salesforce.com to meet specific environment requirements. - Working on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. - Setting up user, profile, and role hierarchy security, validation rules, workflow rules, sharing rules, approval processes, and process builder. - Developing solutions using Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, JavaScript, and Lightning components. - Creating and customizing reports and dashboards tailored to client needs. - Establishing communities and managing user accounts for communities. - Publishing Visualforce pages to external sites. - Optimizing code to adhere to Salesforce governor limits. - Integrating Salesforce with various systems using Soap and Rest APIs. - Conducting unit tests, ensuring code coverage, and managing deployments. - Utilizing Data Loader for data migration. In terms of mandatory skill sets for this role, you should have experience in development using Visualforce, Apex, and API integration. Additionally, certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I (SF PD1) or Salesforce Platform Developer II (SF PD2) are required. Preferred skill sets for this position include certifications in Salesforce Administration and Salesforce App Builder. To excel in this role, you are expected to have 6-8 years of relevant experience and hold a degree in B.Tech/B.E./MCA/MBA.
