This role is ideal for recent graduates from the 2024 or 2025 batch who have a solid foundation in Java, JavaScript, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), and Data Structures. Exposure to Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory.

Requirements

Learn and assist in building solutions on the Salesforce platform under the guidance of senior team members.
Support the team in configuring, customizing, and testing Salesforce applications.
Participate in requirement gathering sessions and contribute to basic analysis and documentation.
Write clean and simple code using Apex and JavaScript, adhering to good programming practices.
Actively engage in team discussions, training sessions, and code reviews to enhance technical and functional knowledge.
Stay curious and open to learning new tools, technologies, and Salesforce features.

Preferences

B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree (2024 or 2025 pass-outs only).
Strong understanding of Core Java, JavaScript, OOP concepts, and Data Structures.
Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Willingness to learn Salesforce and grow within the CRM domain.
