Job Description

As a member of Workdays Professional Services organisation, the technical Manager should be passionate about the implementation of our cloud based Human Resources, Financial Management and Student Information Systems.

The consultant directly connects with customer and project team specialists to design and implement highly strategic data conversion data loads for Workday implementations..

This role is seeking a suitable candidate who has complete project lifecycle experience in a data conversion role.

Experience with packaged HRMS/Financial systems is desirable.

This role provides consultancy on extraction, transformation and complete loading of legacy data via various integration products, tools, and services, to ensure the successful deployment of our customers data into the Workday tenant.

It will be your responsibility to lead large deliverables across a team of technical resources under your preview for project(s) and ensure overall project success..

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Overall 14+ years of IT experience.
  • 5+ years of data conversion technical experience for enterprise software applications.
  • Experienced in HCM/ Financials/ Student modules.
  • Proficient in hands on SQL skills.
  • Should have led and developed teams for minimum 5 years..

Other Qualifications

  • Self-motivated professional with strong follow-through, who consistently keeps commitments to customers and fellow employees.
  • Can work in a fast paced, high-energy environment and complete multiple high priority activities concurrently.
  • Demonstrated ability in a customer facing role implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft etc..
  • Hands-on experience with ETL software, Microsoft Excel..
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and organisation skills.
  • Ability to contribute to multiple time zone projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Outstanding networking, mentoring skills, and resourcefulness..
  • Passion for data accuracy and completeness.
  • Phenomenal teammate who can collaborate and communicate optimally with all partners, i.e.
  • developers, technical operations, and customers..
