Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - ServiceNow PMO

As a PMO Engineer (PMO Support) in client Service Management Organization, you will contribute to drive Project Management Office activities for client organization and drive Project Management process documentation and adoption. The individual in this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all organizations measure their project management performance to deliver on time infrastructure projects for the wider and business communities. He will work to enhance service delivery and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:PMO Framework:.Contribute to improve, document, and diffuse our PMO framework leveraging CLIENT ServiceNow tools and SharePoint site..Participate actively to stakeholder communication for the Project management user community..Contribute to drive the elimination of non-standard tools and reports to enforce and global PMO strategy..Collaborate with PMO leader, SPM Product owner, business, and functional partners in defining functionality and specifying requirements for CLIENT ServiceNow SPM module continuous adaptation to usage for but also other leadership organizations as needed.Project processes and data health:.Contribute to define, promote, and implement project management best practices to ensure data quality and dashboard reliability to be followed by all organizations..Ensure CLIENT ServiceNow high SPM module adoption level..Define and implement standard work activities for project data health check to continuously fix issues and improve process and tool adoption..Monitor day-to-day project execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams..Promote project risks management, scope change control, and other non-standard events control throughout the life of the project to ensure better control and adequate visibility in PMO reviews.Dashboard and reporting:.Contribute to define the relevant reports and dashboards to be used in our PMO reviews at Portfolio, and levels..Continuously improve reporting and workspace usage, leverage the full capabilities of ServiceNow platform and contribute to eliminate manual work out of the tool..Ensure quality of deliverables is verified including project documentation, leveraging the appropriate tools, and matching stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications we seek in you!
