Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Inside Sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion through calls, emails, and webinars.
• Conduct high-impact sales calls and product presentations to potential students.
• Monitor team performance using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and implement

sales strategies.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations for smoother lead handover and improved

processes.

• Maintain strong student relationships, handle escalations, and guide enrollments.

Key Skills:

• Proven inside sales & leadership experience (EdTech preferred).
• Strong communication, mentoring, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with a strategic approach to sales.
• Hands-on experience in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of sales experience, including 1+ year in a leadership role. 2+ years in inside sales (experience in EdTech is a plus)
