Associate Sales Manager

As an Associate Sales Manager specializing in ERP Software Sales, your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, managing the complete sales cycle, maintaining client relationships, collaborating with technical teams, and reporting on sales performance. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ERP software products and services. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business. - Collaborate with technical and support teams for successful project delivery. - Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree (MBA preferred) in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field. - 4-6 years of proven experience in ERP Software Sales (mandatory). - Strong understanding of B2B software sales processes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach. - Strong client handling and relationship management skills. In addition, this position requires onsite client visits and travel, a valid driving license, willingness to travel within assigned territories, quarterly performance reviews based on sales targets and client acquisition, and readiness to undergo product training and assessment during the probation period.
