Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Associate Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and managing sales leads, meeting with clients to discuss their real estate needs, and guiding them through the entire property buying process. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating property viewings, negotiating terms on behalf of clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated with market trends and real estate regulations, and collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Ability to understand market trends and dynamics
• Knowledge of real estate processes, regulations, and documentation
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus
