Job Description

As an integral part of the team at Ares, you will be responsible for the following key functions and responsibilities: - Manage the coordination of quarterly updates to qualitative and quantitative data within the proposal management tool and other materials in the library. - Support content management by updating language, ensuring integrity and quality, and removing outdated or duplicate entries in the library. - Update personnel data across multiple files quarterly and assist in populating personnel tables in RFPs and DDQs as required. - Ensure biographies are current and maintained in the content database by collaborating with internal teams. - Develop and maintain automated templates for strategies and key exhibits for RFP use. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather data, supporting documentation, and response information. - Assist in reviewing quantitative information for accuracy at the firm and strategy level. - Work with subject matter experts to keep content up to date and obtain the latest collateral for RFP efforts. - Support special projects that drive initiatives for the RFP Team. - Gain a deep understanding of the firm's products and investment strategies to facilitate data requests for ad-hoc information. - Prioritize and multitask effectively to meet deadlines and drive process and results across different time zones. In order to excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: Education: - A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Accounting, Economics, Political Science, Finance, General Business, or Management with outstanding academic achievements. Experience Required: - 4+ years of financial industry experience in an investor operations or reporting role. - Experience or knowledge of due diligence questionnaires and requests for proposals processes. - Strong attention to detail with a focus on qualitative and quantitative accuracy. - Proven ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously. - Proficiency in working with detailed firm data and providing synthesized information. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortable with email communication with internal stakeholders. - Experience in formatting and styling Word/Excel/PDF documents. - Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative team environment. - Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines. - Experience with Salesforce reporting and PowerBI is a plus. - Proficiency in proposal management software and tools is desirable.
