Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Resource Assistant to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in resource management, scheduling, and staffing concepts. ### Roles and Responsibility Produce weekly SL Resource Deployment summary from EY Advance. Perform weekly performance comparison of the service line with forecast and actuals, and conduct research on root causes of performance impacted areas. Follow up on Retain variances, driving greater retain compliance and escalating issues to Resource Deployment Lead. Support the holiday management process by reviewing the Holiday Balance Dashboard and escalating instances of high or over-planned holiday balances. Utilize the CoE Analytics team for all ad hoc reporting requests. Support the RC and RM’s with Resourcing insights for planning and demand fulfillment, including scheduling/forecasting. Complete HR Leavers forms to ensure Headcount Forecaster accuracy. Support the adoption and increased use of competency, skills, and CV repositories, including My Competency and Discover. Support with mandatory training requirements for client teams, including nominations based on rank and grade, allocating training sessions without causing clashes with chargeable work, and coordinating training swap requests from the business. ### Job Requirements Graduates with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in resource management, scheduling, and staffing concepts. Exposure to short-term and long-term resource planning is an added advantage. Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management teams, and other departments while maintaining professional ethics. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Advanced Excel reporting and Power BI. Flexible working hours and ability to adapt to a constantly changing work environment. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, organize information with attention to detail, and accurately follow procedures. Establish strong partnerships with all levels of the organization, adjusting communications to the specified audience. Identify root causes of problems and develop measurable solutions to eliminate re-occurrence. Analyze information and use logic and process knowledge to address work-related issues and problems. Strong business acumen and excellent organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
