We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Resource Assistant to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in reporting and analytics, with expertise in Excel and Power BI. ### Roles and Responsibility Produce weekly summary reports on Service Line Resource Deployment from EY Advance. Validate bookings, update Retain, and handle booking errors and escalations. Contribute to chargeable hours and utilization targets by validating bookings and ensuring accurate data entry. Support the holiday management process by reviewing the Holiday Balance Dashboard and escalating high or over-planned holiday balances. Utilize the CoE Analytics team for ad hoc reporting requests. Manage supply across the Resourcing network to maximize utilization potential. Coordinate the stock count process and escalate issues to the RC/RM onshore when necessary. Validate Retain non-confirmed bookings and de-tags, highlighting issues to the SL Resource Deployment team. Provide resource supply with demand, particularly at junior levels, and attend Resourcing and Operations meetings to ensure resourcing actions are accurately updated onto Retain. Roll forward and maintain the Continuous Audit Planning tracker (CAP) where applicable. Support the onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring Resourcing inductions and systems access are in place. Complete HR Leavers forms to ensure Headcount Forecaster accuracy. Support the adoption and increased use of competency, skills, and CV repositories including My Competency and Discover. Support mandatory training requirements for client teams, including nominations based on rank and grade, allocating training sessions without causing clashes with chargeable work, and coordinating training swap requests from the business. ### Job Requirements Intermediate to strong Excel reporting skills and intermediate Power BI skills. Exposure to resource planning reporting is an added advantage. Strong organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management teams, and other departments. Ability to manage concurrent activities with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills. Flexible working hours and ability to work in a constantly changing environment. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Organize information, follow procedures, and demonstrate attention to detail. Establish strong partnerships with all levels of the organization while adjusting communications to the specified audience. Identify root causes of problems and develop measurable solutions to eliminate re-occurrence. Analyze information, use logic and process knowledge to address work-related issues and problems, and possess strong business acumen.
