Associate Relationship Officer

As an Associate Relationship Officer at our company, your role will involve deepening relationships with Rural Banking accounts and providing exceptional service to customers. You will work closely with the Relationship Manager to identify business owners and entrepreneurs in the designated catchment area, assess their business loan requirements, and drive client acquisition. Your goal will be to build strong customer relationships at the household level and maximize lifetime value in each relationship to contribute towards the larger organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage zoning activities to understand household needs in allocated villages and areas - Conduct end-user checks post loan disbursal to meet monthly and annual group loan booking targets - Assess client needs, identify cross-selling opportunities, and generate new revenue sources based on lifestyle and risk profiling - Increase liabilities business penetration in Rural markets through lead generation and account opening - Achieve individual and branch sales targets through new business sales, referrals, and account relationship retention - Encourage customers towards online banking by fostering behavioral changes - Maintain high collections efficiency through discipline and drive - Ensure accurate documentation of loans and savings accounts, coordinating with operations officer for timely data entry - Uphold compliance with bank requirements and conduct field audits and customer verifications for quality assurance - Stay updated on all bank products, credit standards, services, and trends to provide efficient customer service - Identify process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network - Support the implementation of livelihood advancement and community development initiatives Qualification Required: - Educational Qualifications: 12th standard (Any), Graduation (Any), Post Graduation (Optional) - Experience: 0-1 years of relevant branch banking experience; freshers are welcome to apply Join us in this exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of Rural Banking customers and contribute to the growth of our organization.,
