What You’ll Do

• Partner with Senior Consultants to drive sourcing strategies and support execution of technology mandates across engineering, product, and DevOps roles.
• Build robust candidate pipelines for niche and high-impact roles using Boolean searches, social media, talent mapping, and other data-driven sourcing techniques.
• Research market trends, talent availability, and competitor intelligence to support hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders—founders, tech leaders, and internal TA—to deeply understand role requirements and target profiles.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–4 years of recruitment or sourcing experience, preferably in an RPO tech-focused or fast-paced search environment.
• Exposure to volume hiring across engineering, product, and technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and job boards like Naukri/Instahyre/Foundit/LinkedIn
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• A passion for sourcing, talent intelligence, and building high-performing teams from the ground up.
