Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles using job portals, social media, and networking
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment with job requirements
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to better assess candidate profiles

Required Qualifications & Skills

MBA in Human Resources or related field
6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Good understanding of various IT roles and technologies
