Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelors or Masters (any discipline)
- Fresher's are eligible to apply
- Certified in JLPT N3 Level (atleast / any equivalent certification)
- Good fluency in Japanese language
- Prior experience in International Voice Process for the Japan market are highly desirable.
Role And Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage top-quality candidates for Engineering, Banking, Finance, Automotive, Aerospace, Construction, Pharma, Healthcare and IT based industries for the Japan region
- Conduct in-depth screening and probe the right questions to understand the candidate's profile and assess them by probing to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications needed for each role.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through various databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
