We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive successful project delivery across multiple client engagements.
Role Overview:
The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing SaaS product implementation projects from initiation to delivery. This role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder handling, and a deep understanding of SaaS-based solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, maintain client satisfaction, and manage cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS implementation and integration projects.
• Work closely with Co-Founders, product, engineering, and support teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations alignment.
• Monitor project progress using tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Track and manage resource allocation, budgets, and project documentation.
• Identify potential risks, escalate issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure customer success by delivering projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Support senior project managers in strategic initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM is a plus).
• 4 – 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS / product-based / IT services organization.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and software implementation processes.
• Proven experience with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).
• Excellent communication, client-handling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or equivalent (not mandatory but an advantage).
