Role Description

This full-time, remote Associate Project Manager role involves overseeing project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include managing project communication, expediting processes, ensuring quality through inspections, and optimizing logistics for successful project delivery. The role requires effective collaboration with stakeholders to deliver results on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management principles and experience in handling project timelines and team coordination
• Skills in Expediting and understanding best practices as an Expeditor
• Experience in conducting Inspection processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Knowledge of Logistics Management and supply chain coordination
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
