Job Description

Seeking an Associate with expertise in training programs, LOD and business development support. Essential skills include operational management, LMS proficiency, business support, and stakeholder engagement. Strong communication, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving abilities are crucial. Skilled in negotiation, customer-focused, and thriving in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage operations and deliver training/LOD programs.
  • Manage the delivery of any open programs and be involved in outreach, admission/enrollments for the program.
  • Work on LMS to manage training content, delivery and generate reports.
  • Support in business development, proposal creation, client management, etc. for any training/consulting assignments.
  • Work on the systems and processes while supporting training/program delivery operations.
  • Support in budgeting related to training delivery and controlled costs.
  • Work alongside to manage vendors/partners.
  • Analyze and interpret training data, measure program effectiveness, and make post-training reports.
  • Understand virtual training technologies, such as virtual classrooms, webinars, etc. to deliver training.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the training/LOD program.
  • Maintain project plans to support the delivery of programs.

Experience and Qualification Required

  • Bachelors degree in business preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a professional business environment.
  • Ability to deliver clear and engaging presentations when communicating with stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in technology, especially Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work long hours seated and in front of a computer
  • Able to handle unexpected challenges or crises during training sessions with composure and problem-solving skills.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, trainers, and participants, fostering a positive training environment.
  • Aligned to customer expectations.
  • Effective negotiation skills when dealing with vendors, stakeholders, and other departments to secure resources and support for training initiatives.
