Role Overview: As Program Manager at Ratham, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic initiatives and operational tactics. This position offers a unique blend of strategic planning and hands-on operational execution. Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives. You will lead and manage key operational programs from initiation through completion. Dive deep into metrics and analytics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. You will also liaise with various internal teams to ensure alignment of strategic goals and seamless execution of projects. Moreover, recommend operational efficiency improvements based on performance data and industry best practices. Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports on program status, risks, and upcoming challenges to senior management. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on operations. - Proven track record of successfully managing complex operational programs and delivering measurable results. - Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. - Proficiency in analytical tools and software (e.g., Excel). - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Strong team player with an ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
