You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and oversee platform implementation, tuning, and operational excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance.You will act as the bridge between business, compliance, and technology teams, driving digital transformation, automation, and process optimization initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global delivery of AML/KYC/Compliance platforms, including Transaction Monitoring (TM), Sanctions Screening, Periodic Reviews, and Risk Reporting modules.
- Oversee implementation, configuration, and tuning of compliance platforms (e.g., Oracle FCCM / Mantas, Actimize, NetReveal, or equivalent).
- Manage end-to-end alert lifecycle, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements (BSA/AML, FATF, EU AMLD, RBI, FIU guidelines).
- Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives, including RPA, AI/ML solutions, and reporting optimization.
- Lead cross-functional and cross-location teams (L1/L2 operations, SMEs, tech teams) to deliver on scope, timelines, and quality targets.
- Collaborate with compliance, audit, and risk teams to ensure audit-ready solutions and regulatory adherence.
- Plan and execute project governance: sprint planning, dashboards, KPIs, stakeholder reporting, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing recommendations on process, technology, and compliance improvements.
- Mentor and guide team members, driving skills development, knowledge transfer, and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Experience:
- BFSI domain expertise: KYC, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, Periodic Reviews, Regulatory Compliance.
- Delivery & Leadership: Managing large cross-functional teams (50–100+), vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end program delivery.
- Technical & Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance platforms (Oracle FCCM / Actimize / NetReveal) and banking systems; hands-on experience with ETL, SQL, reporting tools, and automation (RPA/AI).
- Process & Governance: Strong understanding of 1LOD/2LOD frameworks, compliance processes, and audit readiness.
- Digital Transformation: Experience leading process automation, workflow optimization, or system modernization initiatives.
- Project Management: Agile/SAFe methodology, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools; proven experience in delivering complex projects globally.
