Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Factory Coordinator to act as the key link between the factory floor and the sourcing team at the head office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination of production timelines, inventory management, and the dispatch of finished goods. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure production goals are met and goods are dispatched on time.Job Title: Factory Executive – FG Production:We seek a proactive Factory Executive to coordinate between the factory and head office sourcing team. The role ensures timely production, accurate PM inward & GRN management, and smooth FG dispatch. Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills are essential.Key Responsibilities
Align production schedules with HO sourcing, update on progress, delays, or issues. Oversee PM inward: verify quantity, quality, documentation against PO/specs. Generate and share GRNs within 24 hrs of receipt; report shortages or QC rejections. Maintain inward register with supplier details, lot numbers, expiry, and balance. Track daily FG output and coordinate QC, packaging, and readiness for dispatch. Plan dispatches with logistics; supervise loading/unloading & maintain challans. Monitor RM/PM consumption vs plan; prevent stockouts through timely alerts. Submit daily MIS covering production, GRN, inventory & dispatch summary. Maintain all documentation and escalate production or quality deviations quickly.Skills & Experience
2–4 years in production coordination/factory operations (FMCG or BPC preferred). Knowledge of GRN, inward, and dispatch processes. Proficiency in Excel/ERP for inventory and production tracking. Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented and reliable.About Company
