We’re looking for an Associate Product Strategist to join our team and grow into a core player in the product development process. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or career changers who are excited to start a career in product development, customer-centric design, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work alongside experienced product managers, engineers, designers, and marketers, contributing to every phase of the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering & Prioritization Support in capturing product requirements from users, stakeholders, and internal teams. Help maintain and prioritize product backlogs based on impact and feasibility. Product Planning & Execution Assist in crafting clear feature requirements and user stories for the engineering team. Participate in sprint planning and product release tracking. User Experience Collaboration Partner with designers to ensure that product experiences are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with customer needs. Market & Customer Insights Perform research to uncover user pain points, emerging trends, and competitive movements. Translate findings into actionable product suggestions. Analytics & Iteration Use data to track feature performance, identify patterns, and recommend product improvements. Learn how to define and measure KPIs. Go-to-Market Support Contribute to product launch plans, internal documentation, and user communications in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Continuous Learning Gain hands-on exposure to agile product development, stakeholder alignment, and customer-centric product thinking. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, design, engineering, or any related discipline. Eagerness to learn and grow within a product-driven environment. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Familiarity with or interest in agile methodologies, roadmapping tools, or wireframing tools is a plus—but not required. Why This Role?
