Responsibilities Create solutions that focus on enhancing user experience, addressing their needs while aligning with business goals. Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to translate requirements into intuitive and visually stunning designs. Conduct user research and usability tests to gather insights and drive data-informed enhancements to your designs. Design interfaces that deliver a seamless and consistent experience across all platforms, both mobile and desktop. Keep your skills sharp by staying informed on the latest design trends and integrating best practices in your work. Support the process of taking your designs from initial concepts to final implementation by collaborating with developers. Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team to devise innovative solutions to design challenges. Seize opportunities to learn from experienced designers and continuously enhance your design expertise. Qualifications A degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles with a portfolio that showcases your design work (academic projects, internships, etc.). Proficiency in design tools such as Figma A passion for creating products that solve user problems and are easy to use. Good communication skills and the ability to present design ideas clearly. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and design processes is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
