ID: 1909 | 1-2 yrs | Bengaluru | careers Eligibility: CA Final candidates who have completed their articleship training Appeared/Appearing/Cleared either group of CA Final (preferably Group 2) Minimum one year of hands-on ITR filing experience Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for salaried individuals, freelancers, business owners, and NRIs Calculate tax as per applicable slabs, exemptions, and deductions Ensure timely and quality filing of ITRs Provide basic advice on tax-saving instruments, exemptions, and deductions Clarify client queries related to tax computations Assist in filing rectifications, belated, and revised returns when required Maintain professionalism, industry competence, and clear communication Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills while maintaining high-quality standards Participate in internal training programs on advanced tax topics and filing processes Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one local language Analytical and problem-solving abilities with effective client handling skills Good understanding of the Income-tax Act, particularly personal taxation, and awareness of the latest tax updates Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently under challenging situations Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines Perks: ₹15,000 internship completion bonus Exposure to practical, real-world individual taxation scenarios Training on advanced tax filing processes and updates
