Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Associate Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, with expertise in process management and improvement.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement new processes to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and make informed decisions.
Implement lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Lead and motivate teams to achieve process goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of process management principles and practices.
Experience with process improvement tools and techniques such as Lean and Six Sigma.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues.
Experience working in an IT Services & Consulting environment is preferred.
