Job Description REQUIREMENTS: Total experience 11+ years Strong working experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and experience. Proven track record of developing and executing engagement programs. Strong analytical skills to track and interpret engagement metrics. Passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and improving employee well-being. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with employees at all levels. Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in employee engagement and HR strategies. Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment with diverse teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and execute initiatives that foster a positive work environment, increase employee satisfaction, and improve retention. Track, assess, and interpret key employee engagement data to derive actionable insights. Work closely with leadership and HR teams to develop programs that enrich employee experience and well-being. Research and adopt the latest best practices in employee engagement to maintain a cutting-edge approach. Encourage transparent communication across teams to drive collaboration and a positive work environment. Develop and oversee surveys, focus groups, and other feedback tools to understand employee sentiments and address concerns proactively.
