Role Description

Some of the activities that you will be expected to support include:

1. Support the project lead in event planning and coordination tasks.
2. Conduct vendor research and manage communications with suppliers.
3. Scout and evaluate potential venues based on event requirements.
4. Handle RSVP processes and manage guest lists efficiently.
5. Assist with on-ground execution and coordination during events.
6. Maintain detailed documentation, including minutes of meetings, checklists, and event-related updates.

This is only a suggestive list and not a comprehensive list. When you are managing a large event you do everything that needs to be done.

Qualifications

We are essentially looking for smart people who are passionate about working in the field of event management. Some of the desired skills include:

• Good english
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to learn and work hard
• Knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of graphic design tools will be a plus
