Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google, Marketplaces (like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra) and Quick Commerce Channels (like Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto)
• Drive campaign efficiency with real-time optimization and data-led decision making
• Track category and competitor activity to identify opportunities
• Analyze campaign data to identify patterns, growth opportunities, and customer behavior trends
• Prepare daily and adhoc client-facing reports, dashboards, and performance reviews
• Build & maintain performance reports & dashboards for Foresight’s repository & cross client learnings
• Support internal growth initiatives at Foresight, including hiring future team members, assisting with compliance and finance processes, and contributing to the operational foundation of the company

What We’re Looking For

• Mandatory

  : 1-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing across Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Good-to-have: Experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.)
• A bachelor’s degree completed in any discipline
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is required
• Interest in data, consumer behavior, market strategy, and the quick commerce ecosystem
• Strong ownership mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
