Associate Partner

Role Overview: You will be joining as an Associate Partner in the GRCS, Risk Advisory Service Line for our client. Your primary focus will be on risk management, compliance, and advisory services within the financial services sector. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing complex projects, developing client relationships, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage GRCS projects in the Financial Services sector. - Develop and implement customized risk management frameworks and strategies for clients. - Provide expert advice on governance, risk, and compliance issues in alignment with regulatory requirements. - Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for additional services. - Supervise project teams to ensure top-quality deliverables and efficient project management. - Conduct risk assessments, internal audits, and reviews to pinpoint potential risks and suggest mitigation strategies. - Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to offer proactive advice to clients. - Collaborate with diverse teams to provide integrated solutions and support business growth. - Mentor and nurture junior team members to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications & Skills Required: - Proficient in project management to ensure project profitability and high-quality deliverables. - Ability to deliver various risk advisory solutions such as process reviews, internal audits, continuous control monitoring, SOX/IFC, and enterprise risk management. - Demonstrated experience in risk advisory, governance, and compliance services, especially within financial services. - Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Strong project management skills to lead and manage multiple projects concurrently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships. - Preferably hold a CA/MBA finance qualification.,
