What You'll Do

Cognitive Growth Systems

 

Responsibilities:

·       Lead 8-figure pipeline development and client acquisition efforts.

·       Serve as the ultimate escalation point for client strategy and delivery excellence.

·       Define and enforce firm-wide delivery methodologies and quality standards.

·       Mentor Engagement Managers and Consultants on complex problem-solving.


What You'll Bring

·       10+ years in management consulting, strategic sales, or RevOps leadership. Or 8+ years in Tier-1 consulting firms.

·       Proven track record of selling and delivering Mid/large-scale GTM/Growth projects.

·       Knowledge in B2B service operations, automation technologies (AI/Low-Code), and RevOps.

·       Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.

·       Master's degree required, or advanced graduate degree preferred.

·       Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, paired with high attention to detail.
