Job Description

NIIT WIPRO ( Mumbai Airoli) II Healthcare II International Process

International Voice Process US Healthcare

Role: Customer Support US Healthcare (International Voice Process)

Location: Rotational shifts (Work from Office)

Working days: 5 with 2 rotational offs

Joining: Immediate | Batch Starts: 14th July

Eligibility:

Graduate Freshers welcome 12th Pass , BBA , BA , B.COM, BMS, BAMS, B.PHARMA, BSC.

Excellent communication skills (English) required

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions via voice calls.
Resolve queries, provide information, and deliver outstanding service with courtesy and professionalism.
Maintain detailed and accurate call logs and follow standard operating procedures.
Achieve performance targets related to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate effective communication and listening skills to address customer needs efficiently.
Adapt to flexible shifts and rotational schedules as per business requirements.
Upsell or cross-sell products/services when required.
Meet defined KPIs including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Compensation:

salary- 2.40 LPA

Night Shift Allowance: upto 3,000

Performance Incentives: upto 3,000

Night /Odd hours drop provided 7 pm to 7 am ( One way transport provided )
MIP ( Incentive post training )- 3K for fresher and 4500 for exp in international voice of more then 1+ year
