Associate, Mortgage Data Operations

As an Associate at ICE, you will play a crucial role in performing exception reviews on documents and conducting audits throughout the loan production process to ensure compliance with customer needs and regulations. Your responsibilities will include: - Validating Document Recognition and Data Extraction - Performing Data Integrity checks on extracted data - Following the Standard Operating Procedures - Collaborating with management to address service delivery obstacles - Maintaining data security - Meeting defined SLAs - Creating Bounding Boxes around Data and labeling Documents - Providing labeled datasets for model training - Identifying and reporting anomalies in the Software Application - Achieving daily Quality and Productivity targets - Ability to work in 24/7 shifts To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree or academic equivalent - 0 to 2 years of mortgage lending experience or a blend of relevant education and experience - Proficiency in mortgage document terminology - Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Microsoft Windows - Proficiency in using keyboard shortcuts - Strong attention to detail - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and time constraints - Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written ICE, the leading cloud-based platform provider for the mortgage finance industry, empowers lenders to increase loan origination, reduce costs, and streamline processes while maintaining compliance, quality, and efficiency standards.,
