Associate, Mortgage Data Operations

As an Associate at ICE, the leading cloud-based platform provider for the mortgage finance industry, your role will involve performing exception reviews on documents and conducting audits at various stages of the loan production process to ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Validating Document Recognition and Data Extraction. - Conducting Data Integrity checks on extracted data. - Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures. - Collaborating with management to address any service delivery challenges. - Maintaining data security protocols. - Meeting defined SLAs as per the requirements. - Creating Bounding Boxes around Data and labeling the Documents. - Providing labeled dataset for training the model. - Identifying and reporting anomalies in the Software Application. - Achieving Quality and Productivity targets on a daily basis. - Being available to work in 24/7 shifts. Qualifications required for this role: - A Bachelor's degree or academic equivalent. - 0 to 1 years of experience in mortgage lending, or a blend of education and experience encompassing processing, underwriting, closing, quality control, and/or compliance review. Preferred qualifications: - Proficiency in mortgage document terminology. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Microsoft Windows. - Competency in using keyboard shortcuts. - Strong attention to detail. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to work efficiently, even under pressure and time constraints. - Effective and clear communication skills in English, both spoken and written.,
