Job Title: Associate – Marketing & Content (CRM)

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)About The RoleWe are looking for a young, dynamic professional to join our Marketing & CRM team. This role is ideal for someone who loves writing, has an eye for trends, and is excited to create engaging content across multiple digital touchpoints. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, communication flows, and performance tracking while learning the ropes of CRM and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and send targeted campaigns across channels – emails, WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages – with precise targeting and segmentation.
• Ensure smooth execution of all automated communication journeys (welcome flows, user journeys, reminders, offers, etc.) to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
• Regularly monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and share insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, sales, category) and external stakeholders for campaign requirements.
• Manage content creation for newsletters, push campaigns, and notifications in alignment with brand tone.
• Assist with database hygiene and segmentation to ensure high deliverability and relevance.
• Stay updated with industry and social media trends to bring fresh campaign ideas.
• Be willing to learn and work on multiple CRM platforms and tools (Clevertap, Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc.) to ensure seamless communication delivery.
