Job Description

Apollo 24|7 is looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across IT, Non-IT, Product, and Bulk hiring, along with exposure to job portals and recruitment tools. The role requires someone who is agile, open to learning, has excellent stakeholder management skills, and takes full ownership of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

End-to-End Recruitment:

- Manage the entire hiring lifecycle sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation for diverse roles across non-tech, tech and business verticals.

- Lead bulk hiring drives for operational roles and ensure timely closures.

- Work on product and niche hiring, coordinating with the hiring/ interview panels, stakeholders and leadership.

Sourcing & Screening:

- Effectively utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), internal databases, and other platforms for talent sourcing.

- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates fitment (technical and behavioral).

Stakeholder Management:

- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and drive hiring strategies.

- Ensure timely coordination and communication between candidates, hiring teams, and business leaders.

Recruitment Reporting & Metrics:

- Maintain accurate data in the ATS and prepare regular dashboards and hiring status reports.

- Track key hiring metrics like TAT, source effectiveness, offer-drop ratio, etc.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

- Create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Business HR Support (as needed):

- Assist in onboarding coordination and initial employee engagement touchpoints.

- Support Business HR activities such as exit interviews, feedback sessions, and engagement surveys when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in healthcare, ecommerce, or start-up domains.

• Proven expertise in IT, Non-IT, Product hiring, and Bulk hiring.

• Strong exposure to job portals, social media hiring, and resume databases.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking ability.

• High ownership mindset with a passion for learning and trying new approaches.

• Experience with ATS/HRMS tools and recruitment analytics.

• Exposure to Business HR activities (preferred but not mandatory).
