Job Description

Partner & collaborate with cluster team to develop, implement, and drive business results.
Drive engagement across territories to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency for sales workforce.
Work closely with Channel leadership to understand the resourcing requirements and drive closures in partnership with TA Team.
Drive talent management & succession planning at Cluster level in partnership with Sales/HR Leadership Team
Support design and implementation of development centre process to identify & promote right talent.
Partner with Cluster Leadership team to drive below key people metrics,
- Engagement Index
- People costs (Fixed, Variable, Incentives)
- Recruitment as per SLA/ timelines
- Span of Control
- Employee retention rate

Customer Service

Drive execution of HR services that include induction, performance management, reward and recognition, organization design, learning and development, talent management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, C&B in collaboration with COE teams.
Manage employee issues pertaining to disciplinary matters and grievance handling. Provide advice and coaching to line managers on disciplinary or ethical cases
Ensure Quarterly Connects. Townhalls and Annual Offsites are planned & executed well within the timeline & budgets.
Be the focal point of all key stakeholders on Ethics, Data Integrity, Grievance, Disciplinary Action cases
