Job Description

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Associate Manager – Services Marketing to support demand generation and brand visibility for our IT services business. In this role, you will create and manage integrated campaigns, build compelling content, and work closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to generate qualified leads and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels. If you’re experienced in B2B services marketing and passionate about driving measurable outcomes through digital and content-led strategies, this role is for you.Key Skills
  • Proven experience in B2B service marketing, preferably in IT or SaaS domains.
  • Strong understanding of lead and demand generation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing channels including email, SEO, paid media, and social.
  • Ability to create high-quality content—blogs, whitepapers, landing pages, case studies.
  • Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing and metrics-driven decision-making.
  • Project management capabilities and ability to handle multiple campaigns.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working across teams.
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and SEMrush.

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for IT service lines.
  • Create go-to-market strategies for new offerings and service enhancements.
  • Develop content assets tailored to various stages of the B2B buyer journey.
  • Manage lead generation initiatives across digital, email, social, and paid channels.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to align on messaging and target audience.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for quality leads and conversions.
  • Support event participation, webinars, and digital campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to inform strategy.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
