- Oversee and manage the Digital Typing Publishing (DTP) team to ensure timely and high-quality academic content production.
- Develop, plan, and implement strategies for academic operations management to streamline workflow efficiency.
- Supervise the creation of academic resources, including Tests, Assignments, DPPs, DHAs, PPTs, and Practice Sheets.
- Ensure proper formatting and structuring of documents using CorelDraw, InDesign, MathType, and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Manage and optimize Google Sheets for data organization and reporting purposes.
- Provide training and mentorship to DTP Associates/Junior Associates for skill enhancement and professional growth.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in Hindi and English typing, meeting academic standards.
- Drive process improvements by utilizing analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking for academic operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with the organization's vision and growth strategies.
Key Requirements Qualifications:
- Minimum graduation or any relevant computer course related to DTP work.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a DTP Operator or EDP Operator (EdTech or startup experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in CorelDraw, InDesign, MathType, Photoshop, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Sheets.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and reporting abilities.
- Strong analytical aptitude with an eye for detail and efficiency.
- Preferred experience with PageMaker.
- Typing speed proficiency in both Hindi and English.
