Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Plan and run lead generation campaigns via social media, email, WhatsApp, webinars, and other digital tools.
Manage digital marketing activities and ensure website updates and performance.
Create marketing materials including brochures, packaging, user manuals, branding content, and social media creatives.
Conceptualize new product ideas and collaborate with R&D, factory, marketing teams, and agencies for development and testing.
Plan and execute product testing, field trials, and validation.
Coordinate with authorities for required product certifications as per government standards.
Manage product launches including marketing, sales support, and distribution planning.
Oversee product lifecycle, monitor product performance, and manage product-wise P&L.
