Role: Associate Manager – Acquisition   Details regarding First leap program: PluginLive is hiring for IDFC, partnering with TimesPro on this training-led job opportunity.    Important Note for Students This is a training-led job opportunity. Only students willing to invest in the training program and commit to the full training duration of 75 days should apply. Training & Registration Fee: ₹75,000 + GST + Rs. 500/- form fees (Rs. 89,000)  Fee reimbursed after 1 year of successful employment (Rs. 75,000/- reimbursed, NOT GST & NOT form fee) Duration - 75 days (60 days classroom + 15 days On the Job Training) Training Schedule - 6 hours/day, Monday to Friday Stipend (Training) - ₹5,000/month during classroom + ₹10,000 during OJT Salary (Post-hire) - ₹4,00,000 per annum + Up to 1/1.5 LPA (earned incentives) + non-cashable benefits Certification - Certificate in Banking & Finance from Bennett University   Education qualification: Any Graduate with minimum 50% from a recognized university Age: Under 26 years at the time of application Designation: Associate Manager – Acquisition Job Location: Mumbai/Hyderabad/NCR/Bangalore/Chennai/Coimbatore SALES APTITUDE MUST HAVE Key Responsibilities & Program Phases:  1. In-Class Training (2 months)Develop foundational knowledge of the Indian banking ecosystem, products, and regulatory frameworks. Understand branch operations, including First-Time Resolution (FTR), customer servicing, and daily processes. Gain hands-on experience with digital banking tools, mobile apps, CRM systems, and MS Office. Learn financial planning, mutual funds, sales workflows, and distribution channels. Enhance communication, grooming, etiquette, and professional presence for client-facing interactions. 2. On-the-Job Training (15 days)Apply learned skills in a live branch setting. Drive customer acquisition and engagement initiatives. Build client relationships and ensure effective use of CRM and digital tools. 3. Post-Training Role: Associate Manager – Acquisition Lead household customer acquisition efforts. Manage and nurture client relationships within branches. Contribute to branch targets and deliver exceptional customer experience. Utilize digital banking platforms and CRM systems to enhance outreach and service. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate (freshers or professionals) Age: Up to 26 years Academic Performance: Minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation Skills: Strong communication (verbal & non-verbal), professional grooming, and interpersonal abilities.
