As an Officer responsible for facilitating the account opening process for clients within the Markets sector at Standard Chartered, your role requires a meticulous approach to compliance, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder management. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients while adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Support the team as a subject matter expert for complex client onboarding requests and queries - Act as a support for the team manager for reporting issues and team pipeline tasks - Manage the account opening process for new and existing clients in the Markets business - Ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation - Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth and efficient account opening process - Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders throughout the account opening process - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues related to the account opening process Qualifications: - Strong ability to positively influence stakeholders and deliver exceptional client service - Ability to engage and build rapport with internal stakeholders - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Problem-solving skills and ability to find solutions despite blockages - Drive to deliver results and understanding of client needs - Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Team player with good interpersonal skills About Standard Chartered: Standard Chartered is an international bank with a history of over 170 years, dedicated to making a positive difference for clients, communities, and employees.
