Role Overview: You will be part of a large Cash programme management team distributed between Chennai, Singapore, and Bangalore. Your focus will be on ensuring all technical aspects of the project run smoothly. You will be responsible for 360-degree management of projects from start to finish, coordinating with key project stakeholders both internal and external. Additionally, you will coordinate project requirements with Product Management, Operations, Legal, Risk department, and other necessary departments. Your role will involve reporting on completed actions, achievements, and productivity of projects, as well as ensuring the quality management of the project and its deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Work with Product Owner and Delivery team to manage and track the delivery of Cash projects. - Drive the delivery of complex software delivery projects in an agile environment. - Perform risk and change management activities. - Manage projects including planning, resource allocation, financial management, and project governance. - Set up and maintain JIRA and Confluence tools to facilitate effective Agile Project Management. - Create and maintain Agile Metrics in JIRA to monitor team velocity and delivery progress. - Provide clear and concise status updates. - Raise risks and issues and escalate to management promptly for timely resolution. - Identify, prioritize, and manage risks and issues using a suitable framework. - Ensure bank-wide software delivery methodologies are followed and collate required information to pass various quality controls. - Help with release planning and coordinate with stakeholders for a controlled handover to production. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field. - 15+ years of experience in IT Project and Programme Management roles. - Project Management certification training like PMP will be an additional advantage.
