Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and reviewing standards of services provided in housekeeping, catering, banquets, ECC, and food courts. Additionally, you will evaluate and provide logistics support for events and visitor management to ensure excellent hospitality services for all customers. You will review facilities operations at the DC level, resolve escalations related to facilities services, and spearhead disaster recovery and business continuity processes. Moreover, you will oversee travel operations, negotiate corporate deals with vendors, and enhance operational efficiency and SLA adherence for travel services in line with company policies. You will also authorize facilities and travel-related bills, liaise with regulatory authorities, monitor budgets, negotiate deals with vendors, implement cost control measures, and nurture vendor relations. Furthermore, you will oversee the maintenance of equipment in engineering services. Key Responsibilities: - Define, implement, and review standards of services in hospitality areas such as housekeeping, catering, banquets, ECC, and food courts. - Evaluate and provide logistics support for events and visitor management to ensure high-quality hospitality services. - Review facilities operations at the DC level and address any escalations related to facilities services. - Lead disaster recovery and business continuity processes. - Supervise travel operations and negotiate corporate deals with vendors, including terms and conditions. - Enhance operational efficiency and ensure SLA adherence for travel services according to company policies. - Authorize facilities and travel-related bills and documents. - Collaborate with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with company requirements. - Monitor budgets and negotiate deals with vendors. - Implement cost control measures across all areas. - Develop and maintain strong vendor relations. Qualification Required: - Strong experience in hospitality, facilities, travel, administration logistics, and engineering services. - Proficiency in negotiating deals and managing budgets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and uphold company standards. - Preferred skills in technology, sustainability, environment, health, and safety.,
