Job Title: Associate Manager
Team / Department: Platforms: EnAble Vaani – Namma Vaani
Job Location: Anywhere in Karnataka preferably in EnAble India office, Bengaluru.
Roles and Responsibilities:
EnAble Vaani first started in Kannada.The person will be responsible to take this platform to the next level and scale this platform, making sure that it reaches even the remotest part of the Karnataka. Will be responsible for scaling/promotional activities, Stakeholder relationship management, Content moderations, Quality checks, Data analysis and reporting,
Scaling:
Develop and implement innovative strategies to expand the platform’s reach across all the taluks in Karnataka. There has to be a strong focus on the community in remote parts of the state, ensuring that the platform connects with individuals even in the most inaccessible regions..
Content Moderation:
1. Listen to audio recordings that the users have posted on the platform, review and monitor the content of the audios to ensure compliance with platform guidelines. Provide a clear and well-written transcription for these audios English.
2. Sourcing of the content that will be engaging and useful for the users and publish it on the platform. (Minimum 2 audios per day)
Stakeholder relationship management
Maintaining good relationship with the regular users of the platform and stakeholders.
Should strategize for retention of users.
Foster a sense of community and belonging among platform users
Building partnerships with NGOs, govt and other stake holders
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Data analysis to assess growth, user engagement, and content performance.
Prepare regular reports and insights which will help to make informed strategy and decision-making.
Should make sure that the users benefit from the platform and also capture case stories
Required qualification: Graduation
Required experience:
8+ years in social sector preferably in disability sector
Key Skills:
Proficiency in Kannada and English, – both spoken and written.
Knowing any other South Indian language will be an added advantage.
Should be proactive, innovative, have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Should have good connects with the organizations working for persons with disabilities (Government departments, NGO’s.…)
Good skills in marketing and scaling programs. Ability to reach a large number of users, particularly those who are currently unreached.
Willingness to travel for 6 to 7 days every month
