As an Associate Manager - Audit, Risk & Compliance, you will play a key role in overseeing statutory legal compliances, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation at the group level. Your responsibilities will include drafting and vetting legal documents, conducting due diligence on potential partners, liaising with funders, managing annual secretarial compliances, and staying updated with regulatory changes. Your expertise in compliance, corporate and allied laws, and governance matters will be crucial for contributing to board-level discussions and documentation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Draft and vet legal documents for collaborations and ventures - Conduct due diligence on potential partners and ensure KYC norms - Liaise between funders and internal departments during funding processes - Coordinate board meetings and prepare Board Minutes - Manage annual secretarial compliances for private companies - Maintain accurate records of funders and partner organizations - Perform necessary due diligence at organizations where promoters have a stake - Stay updated with regulatory changes and amendments to various laws - Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses and mitigate risks **Qualifications Required:** - Company Secretary (semi-qualified) with Paralegal expertise or Law graduate with proficiency in Corporate and Allied laws In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should have in-depth knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and sector best practices, along with strong compliance and legal understanding.
