Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Daily check for:

  • Previous day B/L Production

  • No. of SIs in House / No. of Corrections in-House (where applicable)

  • Scheduled follow-up with customers for missing Shipping Instructions has been completed / Missing SI Reports have been sent

  • Updates/Distribution of Vessel Schedules (AMS & ACI + Vessel Closure) & allocate SIs based on priority.

  • Verification of all queries assigned to the Agency Offices via the Pending Folder in our work-flow tool.

  • Review feedback received from the Coordinators/Customers with Staff during transitions.

  • Serve as the 1st Level of Escalation for Queries for Staff across the floor.

  • Check/Verify Individual Productivity & Accuracy Nos. ( Updates to the shared data).
