Responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of structures in marine environments, ensuring their safety and functionality in harsh conditions.
Analyzing structural integrity, developing detailed designs, and overseeing construction and repair projects.
Managing all aspects of marine structural engineering projects, from initial concept and design to construction and completion. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Preparing comprehensive technical reports, design drawings, specifications, and other documentation related to marine structures.
Analyzing the stability and behavior of marine structures (e.g., docks, piers, offshore platforms, ships) under various loads and environmental conditions, such as waves, currents, and wind. Developing detailed structural designs using specialized software and adhering to relevant codes and standards.
